Provider Success Specialist

Our network runs on Allied Health Providers (AHPs) who choose to register and stay active because the work is worth their time. As a Provider Success Specialist, you are the person who makes that true day to day: onboarding new providers, answering their questions, and making sure they get paid promptly for every completed service.

This is a peer-to-peer role built on a direct value exchange. AHPs register free; they pay a service fee per completed service and in return get steady referrals and a clean workflow. Your job is to keep that exchange fair and frictionless across 40+ clinics.

What you'll do

• Onboard new AHPs to the provider network and get them to their first completed specialty assessment quickly.
• Be the first point of contact for provider questions on workflow, payment, and the service fee model.
• Monitor provider activity and reach out early when someone stalls, so referrals keep moving and patients are not left waiting.
• Gather provider feedback and route it to product and clinical teams, closing the loop on what you hear.
• Help keep provider records accurate and licences current across the network, supporting 100% Canadian data residency.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or provider relations, ideally in healthcare or a marketplace.
• A genuine peer-to-peer manner; AHPs are busy professionals, and you treat them that way.
• Strong organisation and follow-through across a large, distributed group of providers.
• Comfort explaining a service fee and value exchange clearly and honestly, including the limits.
• Bonus: a clinical or allied-health background, or working French for our Quebec home market.
