Our commitment
CareChain is committed to making its services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is placeholder content pending a full conformance review.
Conformance status
We assess our pages against WCAG 2.1 AA. Where a component does not yet meet the standard, we document the gap and a remediation timeline rather than claim full conformance.
Measures we take
Accessibility is part of design and code review. We test keyboard navigation, colour contrast, screen-reader output, and reduced-motion preferences.
