Connected to the systems providers already bill through
CareChain integrates with TELUS Health eClaims, so allied health providers in the network can submit claims to participating insurers at the point of care — and patients pay only what their plan does not cover.
TELUS eClaims
eClaims is the direct-billing network used by extended-health insurers across Canada. Because it is built into the CareChain provider workflow, a completed service becomes a submitted claim without leaving the chart.
Direct billing at the point of care
Submit the claim before the patient leaves the room. The insurer's share settles directly and the patient pays only the remainder — no receipts to chase.
Built for allied health
Physiotherapists, chiropractors, psychologists, and the other Allied Health Providers (AHPs) in the network bill under their own registration, with no separate portal to manage.
One record, no re-keying
Assessment, charting, and billing live in the same workflow, so nothing is entered twice and the claim always matches the chart.
Direct billing depends on the insurers a patient's plan participates with; where a plan is outside the eClaims network, providers issue a standard receipt for reimbursement.
